Fido, a human, ran into an animal city, where he met Barkley and other human-like animal friends. Fido accidentally found the city is governed by a magician known as “God” who pretends to have infinite supernatural powers. Using dazzling tricks, the “God” convinced all animals to worship him unquestionably. Fido and Barkley determined to reveal the truth of scam and find their way home.

Li-Wei Chiu is a Taiwanese animation film director. His animated works has won numerous awards, including the 2011 CICAF Golden Monkey King Award, 2012 SICAF Special Jury Award, Golden Bell Awards for Best Animation Program in 2010, 2012 and 2015. His films have been included in competitions at animation festivals in Poland, Spain, France, and Germany.
